Effective: October 30, 2026

These terms apply to coastalgeorgiacontracts.com and to the services of Coastal Georgia Contracts, a trade name of Nathan Bridges, sole proprietor, Pooler, Georgia. By ordering or paying, you agree to them.

1. Services

We provide a curated email digest of public government contract opportunities from SAM.gov and Georgia state and local portals, as described on the site and in your order confirmation.

2. Important disclaimers

Coastal Georgia Contracts is a private business. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by SAM.gov, the General Services Administration, any U.S. government agency, the State of Georgia, Chatham County, the City of Savannah, or any other government entity. SAM.gov registration and SAM.gov saved searches are free at sam.gov. Opportunity information is compiled from public sources and may be incomplete, late, or inaccurate; always confirm details, amendments, and deadlines on the official source portal before bidding. We do not write or submit bids and do not guarantee any contract award. Our service is information only and is not legal, procurement, or accounting advice.

2a. AI assistants

We use AI assistants to help read client emails and compile the contract digests. Client files may be stored on a private cloud computer we control. Nathan Bridges oversees the work, and you can ask for a human review of any deliverable by emailing contracts@coastalgeorgiacontracts.com. See our Privacy Policy.

3. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate, complete information and only material you have the right to share. Review all deliverables before you use them.

4. Subscriptions

Plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. These auto-renewal terms are shown at checkout before you pay. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how to cancel. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.

5. Refunds and cancellation

See our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is part of these terms.

6. Intellectual property

After full payment, you may use your deliverables for your own purposes. We may keep copies for our records.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost contracts, or lost bookings or employment.

8. Chargebacks

Please contact us first so we can resolve any billing issue.

9. Governing law

Georgia law governs these terms. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Chatham County, Georgia.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms by posting a new version with a new effective date.
