Refund & Cancellation Policy — Coastal Georgia Contracts
Effective: October 30, 2026
- Plans renew automatically. Monthly plans renew and are charged each month, and annual plans renew and are charged each year, on the same date as your first payment, until you cancel.
- How to cancel: email contracts@coastalgeorgiacontracts.com with "cancel". We confirm cancellation by email within 1 business day.
- When cancellation takes effect: at the end of the current paid period; you keep receiving digests until then. No partial-month refunds.
- Annual plans (Starter $490, Core $990, Pro $2,490 per year): full refund if you ask within 14 days of purchase or renewal; after that, no refund for the remaining term.
- Founding rate: $79/month for the Core plan, locked for 12 months from sign-up; after that it renews at the then-current Core price ($99/month today).
- No free trial.
Refunds are by request only: email contracts@coastalgeorgiacontracts.com with your name and order details to ask for a refund or to cancel. We do not initiate refunds. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Stripe usually returns funds within 5–10 business days; your bank controls final timing.
