Please do not send SAM.gov login credentials, tax IDs, or bank details by email.

2. Cookies and tracking

We use no analytics, advertising pixels, tracking cookies, or third-party web fonts. Our host, Cloudflare, may set these strictly necessary security cookies to protect the site from bots:

These cookies are not used for advertising or to track you across sites. You can block cookies in your browser, but the security check may then fail. 3. How we use information, and AI assistants

AI disclosure: we use AI assistants to help read client emails and compile the contract digests. Client emails and files may be stored on a private cloud computer we control. Nathan Bridges oversees this work. You can ask for a human review of anything we send you by emailing contracts@coastalgeorgiacontracts.com.

To provide, deliver, and bill for a curated email digest of public government contract opportunities from SAM.gov and Georgia state and local portals; to reply to you; to send emails you asked for (including your digests); to keep the site and our accounts secure; and to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising.

4. Service providers

We share information only with providers that help us run the business:

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

If we learn of a breach of security involving your personal information, we will notify affected people without unreasonable delay as required by Georgia law (O.C.G.A. § 10-1-912), and where the law requires, we will also notify consumer reporting agencies (for example, if more than 10,000 Georgia residents are affected). The notice will tell you what information was involved and what we are doing about it. Residents of other states will receive any notice their state's law requires.

7a. Marketing email

If we email you about our services, our marketing emails include our mailing address and an unsubscribe option. Reply "unsubscribe" (or email contracts@coastalgeorgiacontracts.com) and we will stop within 10 business days. We keep a do-not-contact list so you are not emailed again.
